Many clients find retainers a reliable way to ensure there is always an email designer available for those unexpected campaigns and last minute updates.
Two Ways To Retain Us
You provide a set list of monthly email marketing design deliverables for a fixed cost. For example, a defined number of email templates or campaign designs each month. Think of it as your email design subscription plan.
You pay for a set amount of our time each month for us to work on whatever you need. If you start running out of time, We’ll let you know to offer you the chance to extend or pause until the following month.

Pre-briefing
We’ll set you up on Notion. Here, we can both track briefs, progress and clarify deadlines.
Briefing
Let us know what’s needed using our briefing templates on Trello or Notion.
Time Tracking
We crack on, logging our time as we go so you know exactly what wer're working on, for how long and to show how much retainer time you have remaining.
What About Urgent Tasks?
We always prioritise urgent email design requests you submit, and you can share deadlines with us in Notion. However, we recommend batching your briefs to make the most of your retainer hours.
If an unexpected or urgent email design task comes up, just let us know. It is usually fine, but availability will depend on our current capacity.
